Refund and Returns Policy

False Claims
We have a product quality and inspection team that will determine if product has been used and / or tampered with; we absolutely will not tolerate false claims of a product when it has been used and / or tampered with.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed for damaged and / or defective items. We will process refunds after inspecting the returned items. If the item has been opened and / or used, we will not issue a refund and we will not send the product back to you. Refund requests must be in writing and sent to support@cannaglobe.com. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
Returns
WITHIN 3 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE IN THE UNITED STATES
Self-Service Returns Portal (FOR UNITED STATES ONLY) We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 3 days of your ship date. You may create a return label within 3 days of the ship date of your package. Note about Printing Return Label from a Mobile Device
If you access the Branded Returns Portal from a mobile device, you may be unable to print the label after creating it. At this time, we recommend and advise that for the best experience, you should print their return label from a desktop or laptop workstation, rather than a mobile device.
CREATE RETURN LABEL (US ONLY)WITHIN 3 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
Within the 3 day period and outside of the United States, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return unopened and unused products to us.
AFTER 3 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE
After the 3 day period, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return unopened and unused products to us. The refund will be for the product price minus a $25 restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs. To return a damaged and / or defective product for a refund, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the Support Department at support@cannaglobe.com. You may be asked to provide photos and / or videos of the damaged and / or defective item. You will need to include a copy of the receipt for the product that you are returning. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product back to us. We will process the return after inspecting the item. Please allow 20 business days after we receive the product for inspection. If the product has been used and / or tampered with, we will not issue a refund and we will not send the product back to you. If the product was returned because 'it did not work' and we find that the product does, in fact, work, we will not issue a refund and we will not send the product back to you. RETURN PRODUCTS TO: Don't forget to include a copy of your receipt. We will not issue a refund if the receiver Refused Delivery or Returned to Sender. We will fully track the shipping process and if it states that delivery was refused, we will deny any refund. We provide a generous Refund and Return Policy that must be followed. If you Refused Delivery or Returned to Sender, we will not refund you or send the product back to you. We absolutely will not tolerate returning EMPTY boxes. We will open an investigation with the shipping company and law enforcement. You are expected to fully participate in the investigations. If you feel that your credit / debit card was used fraudulently on cannaglobe.biz, please contact us for immediate resolution. We will open an investigation with the banking institutions and law enforcement. You are expected to fully participate in the investigations.
